Log into your Incredibles account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the device to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
